Monkey Doo Services: Terms and Conditions
1. General Terms:
- Agreement: By renting portable restrooms from Monkey Doo Services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
- Payment: Payment for rentals is due as per the invoice schedule. Failure to pay on time may result in service termination and additional charges.
2. Monthly Rentals:
- Rental Period: Monthly rentals are for a minimum of one month, starting from the delivery date.
- Renewal: Rentals will automatically renew monthly unless a termination notice is provided at least 7 days before the end of the current rental period.
- Early Termination: Early termination requests must be made in writing.
- Maintenance: Regular servicing and maintenance are included. Additional servicing requests outside the regular schedule may incur extra charges.
3. Special Event Rentals:
- Rental Duration: Special event rentals are based on the agreed-upon event dates.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the event start date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Extension: Extensions must be requested at least 24 hours before the end of the rental period and are subject to availability.
4. Delivery and Pickup:
- Scheduling: Delivery and pickup will be scheduled based on the agreed-upon dates and times. Any changes to the schedule must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
- Access: The customer is responsible for providing clear access for delivery and pickup. Any delays caused by access issues may result in additional charges.
5. Condition and Use:
- Proper Use: The customer is responsible for using the restrooms properly and ensuring they are not misused or damaged.
- Damage: Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be the customer’s responsibility. Repair or replacement costs will be billed accordingly.
- Cleaning: Units should be returned in a reasonable state of cleanliness. Excessive cleaning required will incur additional charges.
6. Liability:
- Responsibility: Monkey Doo Services is not liable for any injuries or damages arising from the use of the rented restrooms.
- Insurance: The customer is advised to carry appropriate insurance to cover any potential liabilities.
7. Termination:
- Breach of Terms: Monkey Doo Services reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement without notice if the customer breaches any terms and conditions.
- Return of Property: Upon termination, all rented units must be returned immediately in the condition they were delivered.
8. Dispute Resolution:
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which the rental service is provided.
Arbitration: Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
