  Rentals:

1. Notice Period: Cancellations or returns must be requested at least 7 days prior to the end of the monthly rental period.
2. Condition: Units must be returned in reasonable condition, with no excessive damage beyond normal wear and tear. Charges may apply for repairs or additional cleaning.

Special Event Rentals:

1. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the event. A full refund will be issued for cancellations made within this period.
2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee in addition to any delivery service fees if applicable.
3. Damage/Condition: Units should be returned in the same condition as delivered. Any damages or excessive cleaning required will result in additional charges.
